This fee is a one time, non-refundable fee. A meet and greet is important to all parties.It allows for the owner and pet sitter to introduce themselves. It also gives the pets an opportunity to visit with the pet sitter that will be caring for them. At this meet we will discuss if a key, lock code, or garage code will be used. Walk through the pet's daily schedule and located what will be needed for care (leashes, collars, kennels, water, food, etc.) We will go through the steps of signing up with the Time to Pet scheduling app and portal, as well as discuss any questions necessary! If you prefer your pet sitter stop by prior to vacation due for a follow-up with routine or for new instruction, a $25 fee is charged.

Please provide two keys or two forms of getting into the house to access the pet(s) as is preferred. A key, garage code, front door lock code, etc. Understand if only one key or one form of lock is provided to us, we may contact you if we have issues.
