It's A Ruff Life
Karissa
I am a lifelong Idahoan passionate about enhancing the lives of pets and their owners. Growing up surrounded by various dog breeds, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges pet ownership entails. This passion inspired me to create It's A Ruff Life, a service dedicated to supporting pet families throughout the valley.

I am the proud owner of a Corgi named Bear and a Boxer named Cassius, who are my constant companions. Through It's A Ruff Life, I aim to build strong connections with both pets and their owners, providing support to ensure that pets are happy, healthy, and well-cared for. I believe that pets are family, and am committed to helping others navigate the joys and challenges of pet ownership.

How it works

What is a Meet and Greet? This fee is a one time, non-refundable fee. A meet and greet is important to all parties. It allows for the owner and pet sitter to introduce themselves. It also gives the pets an opportunity to visit with the pet sitter that will be caring for them. At this meet we will discuss if a key, lock code, or garage code will be used. Walk through the pet's daily schedule and located what will be needed for care (leashes, collars, kennels, water, food, etc.) We will go through the steps of signing up with the Time to Pet scheduling app and portal, as well as discuss any questions necessary! If you prefer your pet sitter stop by prior to vacation due for a follow-up with routine or for new instruction, a $25 fee is charged.

How can I schedule? All scheduling must be done through Time to Pet app or by contacting by phone at 208.781.0007 or email itsarufflife@hotmail.com
